Christmas!!!!!!!

we Love christmas. Especially this year since we had been away from our family for the last 7 months. It was so fun to see everyone and spend time with our long lost families.

This years Christmas Eve program was a bit rushed so it was a little chaotic. Me and mer were planning right up til the very second it started here's a couple of highlights:

Dance of the sugar plum fairies
Danny archuleta and Kristi Rene Flemming
James and Carly singing a lovely duet "the greatest gift of all"
Our wonderful announcers

The event planners, enjoying our work

IT was so fun to have all of our family for Christmas Eve. We sure missed Mark and Ash and Sadie and Londie in Germany. I love when Our family gets together. ITs wild and loud and awesome. We got shirts for our Christmas Eve Jammies and thanks to jon, they had a great pic on them. it also sums up our family Christmas. The shirt said "Olsens- Lots of Humans, Lots of Love".

Now, on to the christmas festivities
Buck Christmas Party with lots of delicious doughnuts
Still lovebirds
All the Bucks hanging out, enjoying our loot
Me and mer christmas morning
There is nothing Better than the chaos of Christmas morning.

I can't wait til next Christmas!! It's my favorite time of the year

2010

2010 was the most awesome year I have ever had. I was really nervous about it, but turns out, living in Europe was the bomb. seriously. A few things of greatness in 2010..
I graduated college!
We lived in Paris
We lived in Budapest
I saw tons of new countries
We went to Disney Land
Celebrated 3 years of marriage
Cade's in his final year of Law school.

What an amazing year. I probably won't ever have such an exciting year. Oh well. Bring on 2011. One thing I don't like is change, and 2011 will bring plenty of it, but as I said before, bring it on.

Austria and Christmas

The Cemetery at the end of the Sound of Music where they hide as fleeing.

Do-Re-Mi stairs

Well, we made it home. It is pretty great to be home, but there are a lot of things that we miss about Europe. We are enjoying American hamburgers, popcorn, and family I guess too. Here are some pics from our final hurrah in Austria.

goodbye Europe!!

we never thought it would come, and it still isn't quite here, but on monday we're leaving beautiful europe to go home. To celebrate our final weekend, we are in Austria. We got into Vienna last night and went to a Christmas market. This morning we went to Salzburg. It was really fun there. And I got to see tons of things from the Sound of Music. How do you solve a problem like Maria? We're heading back to Budapest tomorrow after a day more in Vienna, and then on Monday (weather permitting) we'll get HOME!! we are so excited. But of course a little sad to end our 7 month vacation. Pics soon...
